United States, Canada, and US Territories. 

Who do we ship with?

We use USPS & UPS as our carriers.

How long does shipping take?

This is dependant on your exact location however Free and Standard Shipping domestically takes between 1-5 business days. Orders delivered to Canada addresses will take 7-10 days to deliver.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email after you order that will contain a tracking number to then use with USPS or UPS.

How much does shipping cost?

United States & Territories

• Purchases $100 and over - Free Shipping
• Standard shipping (up to 5lbs) - $7.99
• Heavy goods (5-20lbs) - $18

Canada

• Flat rate - $30

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you order has not arrived after the scheduled delivery date first contact the shipping company. If the order has still not been delivered after contacting the delivery company please reach out to us at jordan@agswag.com so that we know of your situation and can organize any appropriate resolution.
